Refund & Returns Policy

Made to order
Every Worn By Grace piece is printed to order, just for you. Because each item is custom-made, we can't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or for the wrong size being selected. Please check the size guide before ordering.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, as long as production has not started. To cancel, email us with your order number as soon as possible.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Refund timing
Once a refund is approved, it is issued to your original payment method. Most refunds appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
How to start a refund
Email wornbygraceapparel@gmail.com with your order number and a short description of the issue. We aim to reply within 2 business days.
Chargebacks
If something isn't right, please contact us first — we're happy to make it right. Filing a chargeback before reaching out can delay resolution.
